Dump Truck Rental in Los Cabos

Two 6x4 dump trucks owned by Creatio Construction carry soil, sand, gravel, aggregate and job site debris wherever your Los Cabos project sits, and farther up the coast. Book a truck on its own, or ask for one of our trained drivers to come with it.

01 Why rent one

Material only helps where it is needed

Spoil from a foundation, gravel for a road base, sand for mixing mortar, broken block from a demolition. On most projects the material starts in one place and has to end up in another.

A dump truck closes that gap. A loader, backhoe or excavator fills the steel body, the truck drives the load across the site or out onto the road, and a hydraulic ram tips the bed so everything slides out at the drop point. Then it heads back empty for the next round.

Contractors in Los Cabos rent one when spoil has to leave a lot, when aggregate needs to reach a road or building pad, or when cleanup work fills the site with debris. Our two trucks work on Creatio's own projects, and they also belong to our construction equipment rental in Los Cabos for outside jobs too.

02 The truck fleet

Two trucks from our own yard

Creatio rents exactly two dump trucks. Each card below shows the real unit, its model year and the numbers listed for it on Creatio's own pages.

International TranStar

The larger of our two trucks, a 2012 International TranStar with a 6x4 drive and the biggest published body in the fleet. Its listed loads are gravel, sand, earth and rubble on housing, commercial and infrastructure jobs. It also brings aggregate out of pits and gravel banks, and Creatio lists it for work on slopes and uneven ground.

03 Which truck

Which dump truck fits your project?

Both trucks share the same 6x4 drive, air brakes and day cab. The published differences are body volume, rated weight and engine output, and they are set out below.

Lean toward the TranStar

When each trip should carry as much as possible, because its body is listed at 12 to 14 m³, or when the route to your drop point climbs or crosses rough ground.

Lean toward the Freightliner

When a 10 to 12 m³ load covers the job and a truck with a lower rated weight is the better match for your access and the route to the site.

Not sure? Let us choose

Tell us about the material, the distance and how trucks get in. We will recommend a truck after looking at the job, and on bigger hauls both can run together.

04 Typical loads

What rides in the bed

  • Soil and spoil

Earth dug out for footings, cisterns, pools and basements, carried off the lot or moved to where fill is wanted.

  • Sand

Delivered to a mixing area, a block yard or a pad that needs bedding, and shifted again as the site layout changes.

  • Gravel and aggregate

Brought from pits and gravel banks to roads, driveways and building pads that need a base before paving or compaction.

  • Rubble and debris

Broken concrete, block and general waste from demolition and site cleanup, taken off the property so work can carry on.

05 Applications

Jobs where a truck earns its rental

These uses come from Creatio's own listings for the two trucks. If your work looks like one of them, a dump truck is very likely part of the answer.

  1. Hauling for buildings and infrastructure

Feeding material to residential, commercial and public works projects, and clearing what they produce.

  2. Urbanization and earthworks

Subdivision streets, lot grading and cut and fill, where soil keeps moving from one part of the land to another.

  3. Aggregate runs from pits and banks

Collecting crushed stone, gravel and sand at the source and bringing it straight to the place it will be used.

  4. Demolition and cleanup

Taking rubble away after a structure comes down, or after a long build leaves a site full of offcuts and broken material.

  5. Excavation support

Standing beside an excavator or backhoe so the spoil goes straight into the body instead of piling up around the dig.

  6. Moves inside a large site

Shuttling fill from a cut to a low area, or bringing stockpiled base to the next section of road.

06 Working together

Loader and dump truck as one crew

A truck on its own still needs something to fill it. On most hauling jobs, it works as one half of a pair.

At the pile

The loader fills

Our LiuGong 856H wheel loader scoops from a stockpile or a cleared area and tips each bucket into the waiting body. Creatio counts filling trucks on building and infrastructure projects among its jobs. On a dig, an excavator or backhoe can take its place.

See the front loader

On the road

The truck moves it

Once full, the truck carries the load across the project or away from the site, tips it at the drop point and returns for more. With two trucks, one can be loading while the other is on the road.

Plan a loader and truck job

The loader and the trucks are all Creatio machines, so one request can cover the whole cycle. When the job needs the sand or gravel too, our materials and aggregates service can supply it.

07 Why Creatio

A builder that also rents its trucks

Creatio builds first and rents second. The trucks you rent are the same ones that serve our own projects.

  • The trucks belong to us

Both units are part of Creatio's own fleet, not sourced from another company after you book.

  • Our yard sits in Cabo San Lucas

The office and the equipment are local, so the people quoting your haul know the roads and the developments.

  • A decade and more of construction

Our building work in the region goes back over ten years, so a haul gets planned the way a site team would plan it.

  • A driver only if you want one

Send your own driver, or let someone from our trained crew take the truck out for you.

  • Other machines in the same request

Backhoes, an excavator, a loader, a roller and a grader can join the same booking.

08 Operator option

Choose who drives

Operator available on request. Your quote covers just the truck until you ask for one of our people behind the wheel.

Lane 1

Truck only

We hand over the truck and a driver from your own team takes it from there until the rental ends.

Lane 2

Truck with a Creatio driver

Need an operator? We can provide one of our trained equipment operators. Every driver we send works for Creatio and is familiar with these trucks, and the driver appears as a separate line in your quote.

Drivers are scheduled with the truck, so mention one when you first get in touch and the truck and the person can be booked together.

09 Travel and service area

Where the trucks travel

Hauling is the work the truck does for you once it reaches the job. Getting it there is a separate cost, worked out from your location and the route in, and shown in your quote rather than as a fixed fee.

10 Quote request

Plan the haul with us

Send what you know from the two lists below. Rough answers are fine, and anything missing we can work out together.

The job

  • Project location An address, a development name or a map pin
  • Type of work Excavation, road base, demolition or cleanup
  • Start date When the first load should move
  • How long Your best guess, counted in days or weeks
  • Driver Your team, or a Creatio driver

The haul

  • Pickup and drop Where the material is, and where it goes
  • Material Earth, sand, gravel, crushed stone or rubble
  • Quantity An estimate in m³ or a number of loads, if known
  • Access Gate width, slopes, unpaved stretches and turning room

Prices, travel and dates are settled in the quote itself. We do not publish rates, because no two routes or loads are alike.

11 FAQ

Dump truck rental questions

Short answers for contractors, homeowners and developers who need material moved with our trucks.

Which dump trucks does Creatio rent?

Two trucks, both owned by Creatio: a 2012 International TranStar and a 2010 Freightliner M2 112. Both have a 6x4 drive, and the truck you see quoted is the one that shows up.

What is the difference between the TranStar and the Freightliner?

Creatio lists the TranStar at 12 to 14 m³ of load capacity and up to 54,000 lb GVWR, and the Freightliner at 10 to 12 m³ and 33,000 to 36,000 lb. The TranStar also has a higher published power range and is listed for slopes and irregular terrain. Drive, brakes and cab are the same on both.

Can the trucks haul soil, sand and gravel?

Yes. Creatio lists earth, sand and gravel for both trucks, along with debris, and moving aggregate from gravel and sand banks is one of their published uses.

How much material fits in one load?

Creatio publishes a useful load capacity of 12 to 14 m³ for the TranStar and 10 to 12 m³ for the Freightliner. Heavy material such as wet soil or rock can fill the weight limit before the body is full, so describe the material and the loads can be planned to suit it.

Can a dump truck support an excavation project?

Yes. A truck parked beside an excavator or backhoe takes the spoil as it is dug, so the lot stays clear and the earth leaves the site in the same visit. Creatio rents the digging machines as well, which keeps both in one booking.

Can a front loader fill the truck?

Yes. Our LiuGong 856H wheel loader can load either truck from a stockpile or a cleared area, and the loader and trucks can be booked together. The Front Loaders page has the details on that machine.

Can I rent a dump truck with a driver?

Yes. Operator available on request: someone from our trained crew who knows these particular trucks can drive for you, and the cost is shown separately in the quote.

Can I rent a truck without a driver?

Yes. The driver is optional, so you can book the truck alone and put one of your own people in the cab.

Can the trucks move material from one part of a site to another?

Yes. On larger lots and developments a truck can shuttle fill from a cut to a low area, or carry stockpiled base to the next stretch of road, without the load ever leaving the property.

Do the trucks work outside Cabo San Lucas?

Yes. Every trip starts in Cabo San Lucas, which is where the trucks are kept. From there they reach San José del Cabo, all of Los Cabos, Los Barriles or La Ribera on the East Cape, Todos Santos and nearby communities.

Which details help us price a haul?

The site location and the kind of work, when you want to start, roughly how long the truck is needed and whether our driver should come. For hauls, add pickup and drop points, the material, an approximate quantity or load count if known, and how a truck reaches the site.

How are travel, rental periods and availability handled?

Travel is priced in each quote from the location and the route in, with no fixed fee. Rental length is set for each job, and we confirm whether a truck is open on your dates when we answer your request, since both units also work on other projects.
