01 Why rent a loader

Every pile on a site has somewhere to go

Excavated soil, a delivery of gravel, sand waiting near the mixer, rubble from a cleared lot. Most job sites are full of loose material sitting in the wrong place.

A front loader is the machine built to fix that. It rolls up to a pile on four big tires, pushes its wide bucket into the material, raises the load on two hydraulic arms and drives it across the site. Then it tips everything into a dump truck, a hopper or a fresh stockpile and turns back for the next bucketful.

It earns its rental when trucks are waiting to be filled, when aggregate has to be shifted or fed into a plant, when a lot must be cleared before layout, or when a civil works job keeps producing material that needs a home. Our LiuGong 856H does this work on Creatio projects, and it is the loader in the Creatio lineup for construction equipment rental in Los Cabos.

02 The loader fleet

One wheel loader, named and dated

Creatio rents one front loader. Instead of a list of look alike machines, you get a straight answer about exactly what you are booking.

04 Materials

What goes in the bucket

Creatio publishes four materials for this loader. Name yours in your quote request, because it shapes how the job is planned.

  • Earth and fill

Excavated soil loaded out of a dig, or carried to the part of the lot where fill is needed.

  • Sand

Loose sand moved from where the truck dropped it to the place your crew is working.

  • Gravel

Gravel scooped from a stockpile and passed on to trucks, hoppers or wherever the job needs it next.

  • Aggregates

Crushed stone and mixed aggregate handled at piles and loading points, bucket after bucket.

05 Applications

Work that needs a loader

So when would you actually rent one? Any of these jobs is a good reason to put the 856H on your schedule.

  1. Filling dump trucks

Loading excavated soil, rubble or aggregate into trucks so material leaves the site without long waits.

  2. Stockpile handling

Building, trimming and drawing down piles of sand, gravel and crushed stone on a yard or site.

  3. Site preparation and cleanup

Clearing loose material and debris from a lot before layout begins, then keeping work areas tidy as the build moves on.

  4. Construction material handling

Shifting bulk material around building and infrastructure sites, from the delivery point to the work face.

  5. Civil works and urban development

Earthwork and material movement for public works, infrastructure projects and new urban developments.

  6. Light mining and aggregate yards

Steady loading from piles and plant at quarries and yards, the setting shown in the photos on this page.

06 Choosing the machine

Loader, backhoe or skid steer?

All three carry a bucket at the front, which is why they get mixed up. On site they do different jobs, and they often work side by side rather than standing in for one another.

How the three machines compare in practical terms
Machine Best at Choose it when On the site
Front loader LiuGong 856H Moving and loading large amounts of loose material Trucks need filling, piles need moving or a wide area needs clearing Wants open, firm ground and room to turn with a full bucket. Plan the loader
Backhoe loader CAT backhoes Digging and loading with one machine The work mixes trenches or footings with lighter loading and backfill Digs at the rear and loads at the front. Backhoes
Skid steer CAT skid steer Small loads in tight places The lot is enclosed, entry is tight or the work is detailed Fits where larger machines cannot. Skid steers

For trenches and foundations, look at our excavator. To haul material away from the site, pair the loader with dump trucks. Not sure? Describe the site and the result you are after, and we will name the right machine, or the right pair.

07 Why book with us

Owned, moved and run by Creatio

Heavy equipment rental in Los Cabos runs better when one company owns the loader, hauls it to you and knows it inside out.

  • Our own loader

The 856H is a Creatio machine, so no third party sits between you and the loader.

  • A Cabo San Lucas company

Our team works out of Cabo San Lucas, and the loader leaves town for sites around the cape.

  • Builders, not just a rental desk

Creatio has been building in the region for over ten years, so we plan a loader job like a site manager would.

  • Operator optional

Use your own operator, or book a trained Creatio employee with the machine.

  • Trucks and material in one request

Trucks and aggregate supply can be arranged in the same conversation as the loader.

08 Operator option

Your operator or ours in the cab

Operator available on request. Quotes cover the loader alone unless you tell us you want one of our people to run it.

Choice A

Loader only

We deliver the LiuGong 856H, and an experienced operator from your own team runs the machine for as long as you have it.

Choice B

Loader plus our operator

Need an operator? We can provide one of our trained equipment operators. Each one works for Creatio and already knows our machines, and you see their cost as a separate item on the quote.

Operators are scheduled together with the machine, so mention it in your first message and we will check both calendars at once.

09 Service area

11 FAQ

Front loader rental questions

Plain answers for contractors, developers and owners who are planning to rent the 856H.

Which front loader does Creatio rent?

A single wheel loader: the LiuGong 856H, model year 2023. Creatio owns it, so the machine named in your quote is the same one we deliver.

Is the LiuGong 856H a wheel loader or a front loader?

Both names fit. The wheel loader name describes how it travels, on four large rubber tires, and the front loader name describes where the bucket sits. Creatio lists the 856H as a wheeled front loader, so either term leads to the same machine.

What is a front loader used for?

Picking up loose material and putting it somewhere else. The bucket scoops from a pile or from the ground, the arms raise it, and the machine carries the load and tips it into a truck, a hopper or a new pile. Earthmoving, aggregate handling and civil works are where it spends most of its time.

Can the loader move aggregates, sand and soil?

Yes. Creatio lists moving and loading earth, sand, gravel and aggregates first among the uses for the 856H, and its bucket is listed at 3.0 to 3.5 m³. If you also need the material itself, we supply construction aggregates and can quote both together.

Can it load dump trucks?

Yes. Loading material on construction and infrastructure sites is one of its listed jobs. We publish a dump height of 3.0 to 3.5 m and a dump reach of 1.0 to 1.2 m, so tell us which trucks you plan to use and we can confirm whether they fit. Our own dump trucks can be added to the booking as well.

Is the 856H the right size for my construction site?

It suits open sites best. The published operating weight is 18,000 to 19,000 kg, and the loader needs firm ground and space to turn with a full bucket. Where a lot is small or fenced in, a skid steer or backhoe can be easier to work with, and we will say so honestly.

Can I rent the loader with or without an operator?

Either way. Without one, an experienced operator from your own team runs the machine. With one, a trained Creatio employee who already works on our equipment comes with the loader, and the cost appears separately in your quote.

Which details help you prepare a quote?

Start with the site address and the type of work, then your start date, how long you think you will need the loader and if our operator should come too. For loader jobs it also helps to know what material is moving, a rough volume if you have one, whether trucks need loading and how a truck carrying the loader can reach the site.

Can you transport the loader to my job site?

We do. The haul out of Cabo San Lucas is priced inside each quote from the distance and the road in to your site, not as a fixed fee.

Which rental periods can I choose?

There is no fixed list of terms. Rental periods are agreed job by job, around the work and your schedule, and longer jobs can be extended.

Does the loader travel beyond Cabo San Lucas?

Yes. It works in San José del Cabo, anywhere in Los Cabos, in La Ribera and in Los Barriles up the East Cape, in Todos Santos, and in other areas nearby.

Is the loader free on the dates I need?

We check that for each request. Send your dates by phone, on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form. The 856H also works on other projects, so we line up its schedule against your plan and give you an answer in our reply.
