01 Our equipment

Construction machinery chosen for the work in front of you

This section of our site is the catalog of the construction equipment Creatio keeps for its own projects and rents to owners, builders and developers in Los Cabos.

Start from the job, not the machine. Digging a foundation, leveling a road, compacting a pad or hauling gravel each points to a different category below, and every category lists the actual units in our fleet. Dates are confirmed when you send a request, since machines move between projects throughout the year.

05 Operators and rental

Need someone at the controls?

You can rent a machine together with one of our operators, so the equipment arrives with a person who already knows it well.

Our operators are Creatio employees, trained on the machines in our fleet. Whether an operator comes with a particular rental is agreed when we confirm your booking, so let us know your preference from the start.

Describe the result you need, where the site is and how many days you expect the work to take. We will match a machine to it and tell you how we would run the job.

  1. Operated by our own people

When you book an operator, the person on your site works for Creatio rather than an outside agency.

  2. Sized to the task

We look at the scope and the ground before suggesting a machine, so you are not paying for more capacity than the job uses.

  3. Planned around your site

Access roads, slopes and gate widths are part of the plan, which helps the equipment reach your lot without surprises.

06 Service area

Equipment for job sites throughout Los Cabos

Our machinery is kept in Cabo San Lucas, putting the whole Los Cabos municipality within practical reach.

Most rentals go to sites in the two main towns and along the corridor that links them. Machines also travel up the Pacific side to Todos Santos and up the Gulf side to Los Barriles, La Ribera and the East Cape, and we consider sites in other parts of Baja California Sur depending on the project.

Moving machinery to your site is planned and priced as part of each quote. A street address or a map location lets us check the route before we confirm.

08 FAQ

Equipment rental questions

Straight answers about our machines, operators, coverage and booking in Los Cabos.

What construction equipment can I rent from Creatio?

The fleet is made up of backhoe loaders, a crawler excavator, a compact skid steer, a vibratory roller, a CASE grader, a wheel loader, dump trucks and truck mounted road equipment. The category cards on this page show which machines sit in each group, and each category page goes into more detail on its models.

Which brands make up the Creatio equipment fleet?

Most of the machines are CAT, including the backhoes, the excavator and the skid steer. The compactor and the motor grader are CASE units, the wheel loader is a LiuGong, and the trucks come from International and Freightliner. The brand names appear on this page only to identify the machines we own.

Can I rent equipment for work on a single residential lot?

Yes. Backhoes and the skid steer are well suited to residential jobs such as digging footings, opening utility trenches and leveling a pad, and they need little room to maneuver on a narrow lot or a tight street.

Do you rent machinery for commercial and infrastructure projects?

Yes. The excavator, motor grader, compactor, wheel loader and dump trucks are built for larger jobs such as commercial sites, subdivision roads and earthworks that move a lot of material. Several machines can be scheduled together on the same project.

Can an operator come with the machine?

You can. When an operator is part of the rental, the person running the machine is a member of the Creatio team who has been trained on that equipment. Mention in your request if you would like one, because it changes how we plan the job and prepare your quote.

What if I am not sure which machine my project needs?

Describe the work instead of naming a machine: what has to be dug, moved, leveled or hauled, how large the area is and how trucks reach the site. We will suggest the equipment that fits, and sometimes two smaller machines do the job better than one large unit.

Can I ask for a specific model from the fleet?

Yes. If you already know you want a particular unit, such as the CAT 428 or the CAT 320GC, name it in your request. We will tell you whether it is free on your dates or suggest the closest alternative in our fleet.

Which parts of Los Cabos can your equipment reach?

From our yard in Cabo San Lucas we cover the whole municipality, with San José del Cabo plus the tourist corridor. Farther out, we take jobs in Todos Santos, Los Barriles, La Ribera and the East Cape, and sites in other parts of the state are reviewed one request at a time.

How does the machinery get to my job site?

We arrange the move and plan it around the route and the entrance to your lot. The cost depends on the distance and on the machines involved, and it is shown in your quote, so send the street address or a pin dropped on a map when you get in touch.

How far ahead should I book equipment?

As early as your schedule allows. Dates depend on what is already booked, so letting us know your start date and how long the work should last gives you the best chance of getting the machine you want.

What information do you need to quote an equipment rental?

Where the job is, what kind of work it involves, the machine or category you are considering, roughly how many days or weeks the rental should last, the dates you prefer and if an operator should come with it. Photos of the site and notes about slopes, gates or narrow entries help us quote more accurately.

Can I combine equipment rental with other Creatio services?

Yes. Machinery can be paired with gravel, sand, hydraulic base and other materials, or with our construction crews, engineering studies and design services. Booking them together lets one team schedule the machines, the materials and the labor around each other.
